It feels like a slap in the face, after Madridismo practically begged him to stay he comes with petty complaints the minute he is away from Spain. Playing time in Real Madrid is earned by hard work not by blackmailing. If what you want is to be is the star striker of a club you are taking the easy way out which is going to a smaller team. I’d admire you if you were willing to stay and fight because that’s what a lot of Madridistas thought you were, a fighter. It makes me incredibly sad but whatever happens my image of Higuaín is greatly, greatly damaged. I thought better of him. A lot better.
It’s always so easy to judge by the thing press writes. Because you know what is going in Gonzalo’s head and you know all his feels and you surely know he’s not a fighter because for almost six years here he got everything just like that, right? He was always in starting eleven, he was always getting extremely big money and best things without putting ant effort in it. Seriously people. Seriously.
I agree, all he’s ever done is worked hard, and proved madridistas again and again that he has true madridismo. And let’s not forget that Gonzalo has never mentioned any other club, the press has been doing all the talking. some people can be so gullible
